Registration / Participant Management
We take care of the participant management of your conference. We offer an all-inclusive service for all steps of the participant communication, starting with the dispatch of the invitations up to all following phases.

Oline Registration Service
We offer you the possibility of a comfortable registration of your participants via internet. Furthermore, we also take over the electronic data acquisition for you and draw up the necessary lists of participants and the badges.

Hotel Reservation Service
Use our online-reservation system for the accommodations of your conference participants. The reservations can easily be effected via a link right on your conference homepage.

Congress Ticket
Every conference participant will receive a so-called “Congress Ticket” as his very own ticket for rides on public transport, in order to make his stay as comfortable as possible.

Personnel Management
We also work as a mediator for contractors right at the location, such as transportation companies, caterers, hostesses, interpreters, technical equipment suppliers etc, in order to take care of a smooth order of events.

Incentives, Events and Accompanying Programmes
Would you like to have a private concert in the Beethoven House ? A cabaret programme just for you and your guests ? Culinary pleasures between modern sculptures or a cruise on the river Rhine ? There is a wide selection offering something for everyone – including a lot of fun.

Exhibition Management
We take over the exhibition concept for you, as well as the fairground allocation, the coordination of every step considering the respective regulations and the communication with the exhibitors.
