A tour around the cellars including a tasting for a maximum of 200 people is possible upon agreement.
Already in 1399, the fortress Adenbach was the residence of the knights of Colve from Ahrweiler. In the course of its renovation at the beginning of the 20th century the former owner gave the Eastern tower with its tower merlons fortress-like features again, which were taken into consideration when further renovation and reconstruction works were carried out in 1991 to make it become a hotel with restaurants (Burg Adenbach).
