Geburtstag. Der meistgespielte klassische Komponist der Welt wurde 1770 in Bonn geboren und hat hier 22 Jahre gelebt. Unter der Dachmarke BTHVN2020 der Beethoven Jubiläums GmbH finden noch bis Ende September 2021 zahlreiche Veranstaltungen statt. Gemäß dem Motto „Beethoven neu entdecken“ werden neben klassischen Konzerten auch moderne Herangehensweisen an Beethovens Werk zur Aufführung gebracht – so gibt es beispielsweise Ausstellungen, Talkrunden, Flashmobs oder DJ- Beats. Ein fest installierter Rundgang lädt dazu ein, Beethoven an 22 authentischen Orten in Bonn und der Region näher kennen zu lernen. Schirmherr des Jubiläums ist Bundespräsident Frank-Walter Steinmeier. On 17.12.2020, Germany celebrated with the whole world Ludwig van Beethoven's 250th birthday. The world's most-played classical composer was born in Bonn in 1770 and spent here the first 22 years of his life. Under the umbrella brand BTHVN2020 of Beethoven Jubiläums GmbH, numerous events will take place until the end of September 2021. In keeping with the motto "Rediscover Beethoven", modern ap- proaches to Beethoven's oeuvre will be performed in addition to classical concerts with well-known interpreters – such as exhibitions, talks, flash mobs or DJ beats even. A permanent tour with informa- tion steles invites you to get to know Beethoven at 22 authentic places in Bonn and the region. Von Dezember 2019 bis Ende September 2021 wird er, anlässlich seines 250.
